Max Marchitello

Max Marchitello is a senior policy analyst at Bellwether Education Partners, and specializes on the issue of teacher pensions. Max believes that improving education for underserved communities is not only a moral imperative, but also essential for America’s future. Before joining Bellwether, Max worked as a policy analyst on the K-12 Education Policy team at the Center for American Progress, where he focused on standards, accountability, and school finance. Max also taught high school English and coached basketball in Philadelphia. Max holds a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
