Mike is an education amalgam, the combined experiences of…A suburban student, who attended public and private schools…A city parent, who exercised school choice…A city school district employee, who worked in the communications offices of the Chicago Public Schools (1996-2009) and the Denver Public Schools (2009-2014)…A suburban parent, who now has four kids enrolled in their attendance-area schools.
